Job Description / Requirements:

  • Accept accurate and complete reservations.
  • Assist and greet colleagues and guests in a professional manner
  • Use guest names and communicate them to the colleagues to ensure five
  • Five Star/Diamond service
  • Seat guests
  • Assist in monitoring all guest needs and communicating them accordingly
  • Assit management team as needed
  • Previous experience as a host/hostess/manager within a luxury food and
    beverage setting
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes am, pm, weekends and
    holidays
  • Must have proper phone etiquette and and maintain hotel standards
  • Must have a working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in the english language
  • Maintain proper grooming standards
  • Ability to handle multiple guest requests
